Product Returns - DSI serves customers around the world. To efficiently exchange transmitters or conduct any product investigation, we ask you to please select the type of product you are returning to DSI and from where. We have the necessary instructions and forms available online to help you in returning a product.

DSI offers an Expedited Transmitter Exchange Program which allows you to return designated transmitters (for a small fee). Within two business days DSI will ship refurbished devices ready for implant. The expedited delivery service is designed for fulfilling low volumes of transmitter shipments. The ability to fulfill larger expedite requests will be determined on a case-by-case basis and is subject to transmitter availability and normal shipping charges apply.
