The Expedited Transmitter Exchange Program – Europe
For an additional fee, the Expedited Transmitter Exchange Program allows you to receive refurbished transmitters within approximately one week of sending your units back to us.*
Your returned transmitters should be sent to our logistic center in The Netherlands (DSI-Healthlink [formerly MedLink]) as usual. Product shipments back to you will also be fulfilled through DSI-Healthlink.
The expedited delivery service is designed for fulfilling low volumes of transmitter shipments. The ability to fulfill larger expedite requests will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Transmitters returned for failure analysis do not qualify for our Expedite Program.

Instructions for the European Expedite Program
To start the expedite process for new transmitters we will need a faxed copy of the Purchase Order with “Expedite Program” written across the top in bold letters. Please also include a valid purchase order including expedite fee, correct currency, and correct supplier name. Fax this information to DSI Netherlands: +31-13-2202-000.
If you are Expediting Transmitter Exchanges, we will need a copy of the Transmitter Exchange Form faxed along with your Purchase Order with the words “Expedite Program” written across the top of both pages in bold letters. Please include the purchase order including expedite fee, correct currency, and correct supplier name. Return your transmitters to DSI Netherlands via next day a.m. delivery. When expediting Transmitter Exchanges please include the tracking information of the Transmitter Exchange shipment by sending either an email to europe-cservice@datasci.com or fax +31-13-2202-000.
Once the required information is received, DSI Headquarters will then ship the transmitters to DSI Netherlands via Federal Express Priority International within 72 hours.
DSI Netherlands will then ship the transmitters to your lab via Priority.
The expedite process for European customers takes approximately five to nine days.
*This program is subject to availability. A valid purchase order and shipment tracking number (for product returning to DSI) must be received by DSI at the time the order is placed. The Expedite Program will not increase the lead-time for standard transmitter exchanges. The lead-time will remain 3 weeks or less for standard exchange orders.
